What does the purple star next to a search mean?

Where you see the star

• Search History: before the search's keywords. Hover your mouse over the star and a tooltip shows your original sentence. The sentence is not shown anywhere else in the list.
• Recent Searches on the Dashboard: the same star, but without the tooltip. To read the sentence, open Search History.

It is the same symbol as the AI Agent entry in the sidebar.

When a search gets the star

A search gets the star only when you start it by clicking Run This Search → on the AI Agent Search page. It is set when the search is created and never changes afterwards. So there is no star when:

• You clicked ✦ Build My Search but never clicked Run This Search →. Building a plan does not create a search, so nothing is added to Search History.
• You copied the agent's Keywords and Location into New Search and ran it there. That is a normal search.

How a starred search compares with a normal one

It is the same kind of search. It looks at up to 60 businesses, audits each website live, applies the problems in the plan the same way, and uses 1 search from your monthly allowance. If you have used all your searches, it is refused with the same message as a search from New Search.

There is one difference. An AI Agent search always runs with Only show leads with an email address found on their site switched off, and without Email me the results as a CSV when the search finishes. Good to know

The Filter… box in Search History matches only the keywords and location, not your sentence. To find an AI Agent search, type the business type or city the agent chose. See How do I find and reopen my past searches?
