Can I rerun or rename a past search?
Not from Search History: each row there has only View and Delete, and a search cannot be renamed. To run the same market again, start a new search with the same keywords and location, which uses another search from your monthly allowance. To have a market re-scanned for you every week, use 📡 Monitor This Market Weekly on its results page, and note that each of those scans uses a search too.
Why a search cannot be renamed
The name you see in the Keywords column is the business type you typed when you ran the search. For a Resurrect a List import, it is the name you typed in Label this import (or Imported list if you left it blank). It is fixed when the search is created, and there is no way to change it afterwards.
Run the same search again
- In Search History, click View on the search. The results page title shows its keywords and location.
- Click + New Search at the top right of the results page. It opens a blank New Search form: nothing is copied from the old search.
- Type the same Keywords and Location, choose the problems you want, and click Search.
This is a brand new search. It uses 1 search from your monthly allowance, audits every business live again, and appears as a new row in Search History. The old search and its leads stay as they were.
For a search the AI Agent built, hover over the purple ✦ in Search History to read the sentence you typed. You can type it into AI Agent again and click ✦ Build My Search, but the plan is built fresh, so check it before you click Run This Search →.
Have the market re-scanned for you
- Open the search's results page. The button below only appears once the search is complete and has found at least 1 lead. It is never shown on a Resurrect a List import or on the
Inbound auditssearch, because those are not live markets. - Click 📡 Monitor This Market Weekly in the bar above the leads. It changes to ✓ Territory Claimed: See Monitored Markets.
The ✓ Territory Claimed: See Monitored Markets label lasts only while you stay on that page. If you open the results again later the button reads 📡 Monitor This Market Weekly again, so check Monitored Markets before clicking it a second time: claiming the same market twice gives you two territories, two scans every week and two searches off your monthly allowance.
The same keywords, location and problems are now a territory in Monitored Markets, which is re-scanned each week. Every scan adds a new search to your Search History and uses 1 search from your monthly allowance, exactly like running the search yourself. If your searches for the month are used up, a scan due that week is skipped and tried again later, and the scan button on the territory card starts nothing either. That button reads Run Baseline Scan until the first scan has run, and Re-Scan Now after that. Scanning starts again by itself once your allowance resets at 00:00 UTC on the 1st, or as soon as you move to a bigger plan. Your territory stays claimed either way. 📡 Monitor This Market Weekly is not shown on the results page of a search that a territory scan created, because that market is already monitored. See What are Monitored Markets and how do I claim a territory?
