How do I attach a priced proposal to a lead's proof page?

Priced Proposals · Updated September 23, 2026

Open the lead, click 💰 Attach Priced Proposal in the Proof Page (public, white-label) section, check the lines and prices, then click the publish button that shows your total, for example Publish $1,500 Proposal. The offer goes live on the lead's proof page straight away, with a button the prospect uses to accept it. Priced proposals are included on every plan.

Steps

  1. Open the lead from your search results or your Pipeline.
  2. In the Proof Page (public, white-label) section, click 💰 Attach Priced Proposal. The editor opens with lines already filled in, from your own services when you have set them up. See Why does a new proposal already have line items filled in?
  3. Check each line. Type the service name in the box on the left and the price in the box on the right. Prices are in your workspace currency. Click the ✕ at the end of a line to remove it.
  4. To add a line, click + Add Line for a blank one, or pick a service from the + Add From My Services menu. That menu only appears when you have active services that are not on the proposal yet.
  5. Type an optional note in the box under the lines, such as your timeline or what happens after acceptance. The prospect sees it under the total.
  6. If Get Paid in Settings shows ✓ STRIPE CONNECTED · payments enabled, choose how the prospect accepts in the 💳 Accept-to-Pay: row: Signature only, Deposit due at acceptance (type the percentage, 50 by default) or Full amount due. Until Stripe onboarding is finished the editor shows Connect Stripe in Settings (Get Paid) to require payment at acceptance. and the prospect accepts with their name only. If Get Paid shows ONBOARDING INCOMPLETE, click Finish Stripe Setup there first. See How do I require a deposit or full payment when a prospect accepts?
  7. Click the publish button, which shows the total, for example Publish $1,500 Proposal. It stays greyed out until every line has a name and the total is above zero.

Cancel closes the editor without publishing anything.

What you will see

The editor closes and the lead shows Live on the proof page. next to a summary such as Live: $1,500 · 3 items · awaiting acceptance. The button now reads Edit Priced Proposal, and Proposal published on their proof page is added to the lead's Outreach Activity.

If the lead had no proof link yet, publishing creates one. Publishing does not email the prospect: send them the link with Copy Link as usual.

To change or take down the offer before it is accepted, click Edit Priced Proposal, then publish again or click Remove Proposal. See Can I edit or remove a proposal after it was accepted?

Good to know

  • A proposal keeps up to 10 lines. Any line after the 10th is dropped when you publish, and so is a line with a price of 0.
  • Prices are saved as whole amounts, so 99.50 becomes 100. Line names are kept up to 140 characters and the note up to 500.
  • The proposal is priced in the workspace currency you have when you publish, and it keeps that currency afterwards.
  • While a proposal is live, the AI's drafted answers to this prospect's replies and your call brief for this lead take it into account.
