Can I edit or remove a proposal after it was accepted?

Edit a proposal before it is accepted

1. Open the lead and click Edit Priced Proposal in the Proof Page (public, white-label) section. The editor opens with the published lines, note and payment option.
2. Make your changes.
3. Click the publish button with the new total, for example Publish $1,800 Proposal.

The new version replaces the old one on the proof page, and the prospect sees it the next time they open or reload the page. Each publish adds Proposal published on their proof page to the lead's Outreach Activity.

Remove a proposal before it is accepted

1. Click Edit Priced Proposal.
2. Click Remove Proposal.

The proposal is removed straight away, without a confirmation step. The offer disappears from the proof page and the button goes back to 💰 Attach Priced Proposal.

After it is accepted

The lead shows ✅ Proposal accepted by the prospect's name, with the date, time and total. That acceptance cannot be undone in the app, even one made by mistake from your own Preview. Moving the deal to another stage on your Pipeline does not undo it either: the proposal stays accepted.

If the prospect paid at acceptance, the payment was taken in your own Stripe account. Legiit Leads has no refund button, so any refund is made from your Stripe account.

Currency

A published proposal keeps the currency it was published in, even if you later change Currency in the Your Agency card in Settings. The proof page, the lead's summary and any payment all use that currency.

If you click Edit Priced Proposal and publish again after changing your currency, the proposal is republished in your new currency. The prices are not converted: the numbers stay the same and only the currency sign changes, so check every price before you publish.
