How do I take my playbook off the market?

Steps

1. Open Playbook Market in the sidebar.
2. Find your listing. Your own cards read by you where every other card names a seller, and they are the only cards with a Remove From Market button.
3. Click Remove From Market. You are asked to confirm, and the question spells out what happens: no one new can install it, the agencies that already installed it keep it along with the templates it added to their library, and you can list it again any time by building it fresh in Sell A Playbook.
4. Confirm. The button reads Removing… for a moment, then a green line at the top of the page says the playbook is off the market and that buyers who already installed it keep it.

What removing does

• The card leaves the Playbook Market page for everyone, including you, so it can no longer be found or installed.
• Anyone who clicks install from a page that was already open is told Playbook not found.
• Agencies that installed it before you pulled it are untouched. The outreach templates it copied into their library are theirs to keep, and the playbook stays installed on their account.
• Nothing is refunded and no payment is reversed. Paid sales were charged on your own Stripe, and taking the listing down does not go near them.

Putting it back, or fixing a mistake

There is no way to restore the listing you removed, and no way to edit one you have published. To return to the market, click Sell A Playbook and build the playbook again. A new listing is a brand new playbook: it starts at zero installs, and the installs the old one collected do not carry across.

That is also how you correct a wrong price or a typo in a title. Remove the listing, then publish a new one with the right details.

If it does not work

If the line comes back in red reading Playbook not found. then that playbook is no longer on your account, so there is nothing left to take down. Reload Playbook Market and check your card is still there with by you under the title.

If you are signed in on a seat set to Outreach only, the button answers Your seat is set to outreach only. Ask the account owner to change it. The account owner can either take the listing down themselves or change that seat's access.

Removing a playbook stops new installs only. If you need a listing dealt with some other way, email help@legiit.com with the playbook title.
