What is the Playbook Market and how do I install and use a playbook?

Playbook Market is in the sidebar on every plan.

What you will see

The page header reads Playbook Market, with the line "Agency-in-a-box templates from operators who already run the niche: the search, the offer, the outreach, and the exact Legiit services that deliver it."

Below it are the listings, most installed first, up to 100 of them. Each card shows:

• The playbook title, the niche, and the seller's name (their agency name, or An agency if they have not set one)
• A price badge: FREE, or the amount in dollars
• The seller's short description of what buyers get
• A stats line: the total value of the offer stack, how many fulfillment services are in the recipe, how many outreach templates it carries, and how many agencies have installed it

If nothing is listed yet, the page reads "No playbooks listed yet. Be the first: package the niche you know and put a price on it."

Install a free playbook

1. Open Playbook Market in the sidebar.
2. Find the card you want and click Install Free.
3. A green line appears at the top of the page: "Installed ✓ Templates are in your library."

Buy a paid playbook

1. Click Buy For $X on the card, where X is the price shown on the badge.
2. You are sent to a Stripe checkout page. It is a one-time payment in US dollars, taken by the seller on their own Stripe account.
3. Pay, and you are returned to the Playbook Market page, which finishes the install and shows "Playbook installed ✓ Templates are in your library."

If the page shows "Payment could not be confirmed yet. Refresh in a moment." instead, your payment has not come back from Stripe yet. Wait a few seconds and reload that page. Stay on it, because the address still carries your payment reference and reloading is what finishes the install. Do not click Buy For $X again: that starts a second payment. If you have already left the page and the playbook still shows as not installed, email help@legiit.com with the playbook title.

If you click a card and see "Playbook not found.", that listing was taken down after your page loaded. Reload the page and it will be gone.

What installing does

• Every outreach template in the playbook is copied into My Templates on your Email Templates page. Each copy is titled with the original template name followed by the playbook name in brackets, so you can tell where it came from.
• The playbook is recorded on your account, and its install count goes up by one.
• Installing the same playbook again is harmless. It simply reports that you already have it, and it does not duplicate your templates or charge you twice.
• The offer prices, the fulfillment recipe and the seller's notes are not opened anywhere in the app. The card shows the totals (the offer stack value and how many services are in the recipe), and what you install is the templates and the ready-made search.

Start a search with it

Once a playbook is installed, its card changes to Installed ✓ Start A Search With It.

1. Click Installed ✓ Start A Search With It.
2. The New Search page opens with Keywords already filled in from the playbook and its problem types already selected.
3. A purple banner at the top names what was preloaded. It shows playbook: followed by the playbook title. That banner is shared with Find More Like This on a won deal, so it opens with the words "Cloning your won deal:" before the playbook name.
4. Type a Location, since the playbook does not carry one, then click Search (the button counts the playbook's problems, for example Search (3 problems), even when your agency type filter hides some of their cards).

A playbook search is an ordinary search: it uses one of your monthly searches and returns fresh audits, exactly as if you had typed the keywords yourself.

Good to know

• You can change anything the playbook filled in before you run the search. The keywords and the problem types are just a starting point.
• A playbook can target up to 10 problem types, and its keywords line is up to 80 characters.
• Only playbooks you have installed can preload a search.
