How many businesses does one search return?

Why you may see fewer than 60

• Google has fewer to give. A small town or a narrow keyword can return less than three full pages of businesses.
• Closed businesses are skipped. Any result Google does not list as open for business is left out before the audit.
• Your problem filters. When you tick problems on New Search, a business stays in your list only if it shows at least one of them, either as a verified problem or as a hint under Worth a look, not verified. Leave every problem unticked to keep every business with its full audit.
• The email filter. With Only show leads with an email address found on their site ticked, businesses with no email address found on their website, including those with no website at all, are left out.

While the search runs, the count next to leads found climbs each time an audited business passes your filters. A business can also join the list a little later, once the AI check shows it has a problem you ticked.

What your plan changes

Plans differ by how many searches you get each month (50, 100, 250 or 500), not by how many businesses one search returns. The plan cards also show a results figure for each plan, but today a search on any plan audits up to 60 businesses, so moving to a bigger plan gives you more searches, not bigger ones.
