How do the problem filters decide which leads I get?
A business makes your list when it has at least one of the problems you ticked, not all of them. Each ticked problem it has adds 20 points to its score, so the businesses with the most of your problems rise to the top. Leave every card unticked to get every business Google returns for your search, each with its full audit.
How matching works
- Google returns up to 60 businesses for your keywords and location, and each website is audited live.
- A business is kept when any one of its problems matches a card you ticked. Tick Slow Website and No Contact Form, and a business with only a slow site is kept.
- If you also ticked Only show leads with an email address found on their site, the business must have an email as well.
- Businesses that do not match are not saved anywhere.
Because one match is enough, ticking more cards gives you a longer list, not a shorter one. The Search button counts your picks, for example Search (2 problems).
How your picks shape the score
Every lead starts at 30 points. Each verified problem that matches a card you ticked adds 20, every other verified problem adds 4, and an email found on the site adds 10, up to a maximum of 100. Results are sorted with the highest score first. The full breakdown is in How is the opportunity score worked out?
Where you see the match
In the Problems Detected column, the problems that match your ticked cards are highlighted in purple and the rest are grey. The column shows the first 4 problems and a count such as +2 for the rest, so open the lead to see them all.
A problem the audit could not fully confirm, usually because the site builds its pages with JavaScript, still counts for matching. It appears in the lead's Worth a look, not verified box instead of Problems Detected, and it adds nothing to the score unless a later check confirms it.
Searching with no problems ticked
Next to the Search button the page says Leave problems unselected to get every lead with its full audit. With no cards ticked, every business Google returns is kept, and the only thing that can remove one is the email box, if you ticked it. Nothing is highlighted in purple, and each score is simply 30, plus 4 for each verified problem and 10 for an email.
A lead can join the list late
If you ticked Invisible to AI Search, a business can be added after its audit has finished. Once the AI Invisibility Check has its answer, every business the AI assistant did not name gets the Invisible to AI Search problem and an AI ✗ badge. If that gives it a match with your cards, it joins your list at that point. A business the AI did name loses that problem.
Good to know
If nothing matches, the results page says No leads matched the selected problems. Try fewer problem filters or a broader location. Since a business needs only one of your problems, ticking more cards or searching a wider area are the ways to widen the list.
