Does Legiit Leads have two-factor authentication or a sign out everywhere option?
Legiit Leads does not have two-factor authentication, there is no list of the devices signed in to your account, and there is no sign out everywhere option. Sign Out signs you out of the device you click it on and leaves your other devices signed in, so to clear them all you sign out on each one.
How your account is protected
- Your password protects your login.
- Changing your login email or password in the Your Account card in Settings needs your Current Password first. Someone who sits down at a computer you left signed in cannot take over your account without knowing it.
- New passwords must be at least 8 characters.
How Sign Out works
- Sign Out is at the bottom of the sidebar, next to your name. On a phone, tap ☰ Menu at the top of the screen first.
- Clicking it signs out the browser you are using and takes you back to the sales page.
- It is this device only. Your other devices and browsers stay signed in and carry on as they were.
Signing out on your laptop leaves your phone signed in. That is how it works now, not a fault. If you want every device signed out, open Legiit Leads on each one and click Sign Out there.
Good to know
- Team members sign in with their own logins, so your Sign Out does not sign them out.
- If you think someone else is signed in to your account, see what to do if someone else may be in your account.
