How do I sign in and sign out?

Steps to sign in

1. On the sales page, click Log In in the top bar. Member Login in the footer and the I'm Already a Member door (subtitled Open the app) open the same box.
2. Check that the Sign In tab is selected at the top of the box. The other tab, Create Account, is for new accounts only.
3. Type your email address in Email. The cursor is already waiting there.
4. Type your password in Password.
5. Click Sign In. The button stays greyed out until both fields are filled, and reads One Sec… while your details are checked.

What you will see

Once your details are accepted, Legiit Leads checks your account and opens the Dashboard. If that check fails you are returned to the sales page, so simply sign in again. Signing in this way never sends you to a payment page: a plain sign-in carries no plan into checkout.

If it does not work

• Wrong email or password. appears under the form when the email and password do not match an account. Check for typos and try again, or click Forgot Password? under the Sign In button to reset your password.
• If the Sign In button is greyed out, one of the 2 fields is still empty.
• Clicking the dark area outside the box closes it. Click Log In again to reopen it.

Going straight to the sign-in box

Add /login to the end of the Legiit Leads web address and the sign-in box opens as soon as the page loads, so you do not have to find the Log In button. Once you are signed in, /login simply takes you to the Dashboard. The public Plans page has its own Log In link in its top navigation that goes to the same place.

Steps to sign out

1. Look at the bottom of the sidebar, under the Fulfill work on Legiit.com → link. Your name (or your email address, if you have not set a name) is shown there with Sign Out beside it.
2. Click Sign Out. Your session on that device ends and you are returned to the public sales page.

Sign Out signs you out of the device you click it on, and only that one. If you are also signed in on a phone, another computer or a second browser, each of those stays signed in until you sign out there too. There is no button that signs you out everywhere at once, so on a shared or borrowed machine, sign out on that machine before you walk away.

On a phone, the sidebar lives inside the ☰ Menu button at the top of the screen. Tap it to open the menu, then scroll to the bottom for Sign Out.
