Where can I read the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and GDPR Statement?
All three are public pages on the Legiit Leads site at /terms, /privacy and /gdpr, and you do not need to be signed in to read them. The quickest way in is the Resources column at the bottom of the sales page, which lists Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and GDPR. Once you are on any one of them, the other two are linked at the bottom of the page.
How to open them
- Scroll to the bottom of the Legiit Leads sales page, the page you see when you are signed out.
- In the Resources column, click Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy or GDPR.
- To move between the three, use the Terms, Privacy and GDPR links at the bottom of whichever legal page you are reading.
- Click ← Back to Legiit Leads at the top right to return to the home page.
There is no legal entry in the app sidebar, so if you are already signed in, the fastest route is to type /terms, /privacy or /gdpr after the Legiit Leads web address.
What each page covers
- Terms and Conditions: the service, accounts and team seats, plans, billing and trials, payments you collect through the platform, SaaS Mode and sub-accounts, the Partner Program, acceptable use, data and accuracy, intellectual property, disclaimers, termination and changes.
- Privacy Policy: what is collected, how it is used, who processes it, business contact data, retention and deletion, security, cookies and local storage, children, and contact and changes.
- GDPR Statement: roles, legal bases, your rights, business owners who appear in search results, international transfers, sub-processors and your own responsibilities as a user. Its sub-processor section points back to section 3 of the Privacy Policy for the current list.
Every page carries the same line under its title: the terms are effective August 1, 2026, and Legiit Leads is operated by Legiit Online Marketplace Inc. Each page also ends with a Questions line showing the address you can write to.
How changes are announced
Material changes to the Terms or the Privacy Policy are announced in the app or by email. For the Terms, continuing to use Legiit Leads after a change takes effect counts as accepting it, so it is worth opening the page when you get one of those notices.
Plan prices can change too. The Terms promise reasonable advance notice of a price change, and a change never applies retroactively to time you have already paid for.
The effective date at the top of each page is the fastest way to tell whether you are reading a version you have already seen.
