Why will my Sending Hours not save?

Pick a time zone from the list.

The time zone you picked is not one Legiit Leads can use. Open Time zone and choose another city in the same time zone.

Sending hours must start before they end and last at least an hour, on the same day.

Check the From and Until times:

• Until must be at least 1 hour after From. For example, 08:00 to 08:30 is too short.
• Both times must be filled in.
• The window has to start and end on the same day, so it cannot run past midnight. An Until of 12:00 AM (00:00) counts as the start of the day and is always refused. For the latest possible end, use 11:59 PM (23:59).

Business Hours (09:00 to 17:00) and Mornings Only (08:00 to 12:00) always pass this check.

Pick at least one sending day.

Every day under Days is switched off. Click at least one day so it turns purple.

Checking before you save

The line above Save Sending Hours reads Pick a time zone, a start and end time, and at least one day. while a time or all the days are missing. Once it spells out your window instead, the times and days are filled in. The 1 hour rule is only checked when you save.

Good to know

• While the form shows a red message, Autopilot keeps using your previous hours, or the default of 13:00 to 21:00 UTC, Monday to Friday, if you never saved your own.
• A red message other than these three means the save did not go through. Check your connection and click Save Sending Hours again.
• To go back to the default hours instead, click Cancel, then Use The Default. That button shows once you have saved your own hours. See how to set Sending Hours.
