What happens right after I click Create Account?

What you will see, in order

1. Setting Up Your Free Trial. You created the account from a window showing a plan badge (for example Agency Pro Plan), so Legiit Leads remembers that plan and shows a white page with a spinner, Setting Up Your Free Trial and Taking you to secure checkout….
2. Stripe checkout. Your browser goes to a secure Stripe checkout page for that plan. Every plan offered at sign up is a monthly or annual subscription, and if you have never subscribed before the checkout includes a 7 day free trial. Stripe asks for your card details before it will finish, but nothing is charged during the 7 free days. Your first payment is taken on day 7 unless you cancel before then.
3. Back to the Dashboard. Stripe returns you to the Dashboard. On a brand new account the onboarding wizard opens with the green headline ✓ Payment Set Up. Your 7 Day Free Trial Is Active. If the wizard does not open (for example because the account already has a search) you see a green banner instead: ✓ Payment set up successfully. Your plan is active.

If you back out of checkout

If you leave the Stripe page without completing checkout, you return to Legiit Leads on the Settings page. Nothing has been charged and no plan is attached yet. In the Your Plan card, pick Monthly or Annual (2 Months Free) and click the Choose button on the plan you want (for example Choose Agency Pro). You will see Opening Stripe… and the same checkout opens again.

Good to know

• Closing the sign-up window (clicking the dark area outside it) drops the plan you picked. Sign in later and choose a plan from Your Plan in Settings.
• The remembered plan choice lasts 2 hours and is used once, so a plan clicked hours earlier never sends a later sign-in to checkout.
• If the checkout page cannot open, you land in the app without a plan rather than on an error page. Choose a plan from Your Plan in Settings to start your trial.
