How do I reset a forgotten password?

Steps

1. Click Log In at the top of the sales page, or go straight to /login, which opens the sign-in box as soon as the page loads.
2. Make sure the Sign In tab is selected. Forgot Password? sits just below the Sign In button and only appears on this tab, not on Create Account.
3. Type your email in the Email field. You can leave Password empty.
4. Click Forgot Password?. Once the request goes through you will see Password reset email sent. Check your inbox.
5. Open the email and click its link. It brings you back to Legiit Leads and shows the Set a new password form, with the cursor already in the New password field.
6. Type your new password. The field hints 8+ characters, and Save Password stays disabled until you have typed at least 8.
7. Click Save Password. Your new password is saved and you land on the Dashboard, signed in.

If it does not work

• If you clicked Forgot Password? with the Email field empty, you will see Enter your email first, then click Forgot password. in red. Type your email and click it again.
• If the reset email could not be requested, a different message appears in the same spot telling you why. Check the address for typos and try again.
• If your new password is refused when you click Save Password, the reason appears in red under the New password field. Pick a different password and try again.

Good to know

A reset link always takes you to the Set a new password form, even if you had just picked a plan on the pricing grid before signing in. Legiit Leads never redirects a reset link to checkout, so the link is not used up before you have set your password.
