How do I claim the $50 first-fulfillment credit?

Steps

1. Open the won deal and scroll to the Fulfillment Bridge: deal won, now outsource the work box.
2. If the button there reads Mark Ordered on Legiit, click it. If it already reads ✓ Ordered on Legiit, the deal is marked (orders placed from the Order On Legiit From Here panel mark it for you).
3. In the First fulfillment on us: claim your $50 credit box, paste the order number or order link into the field that reads Legiit order # or link. If you ordered from the panel, the order number is shown under each order there.
4. Click Claim $50.

The box changes to Your $50 first-fulfillment credit claim is being reviewed.

What happens next

• Our team checks the order. Until then the claim shows as being reviewed.
• If it is approved, you get an email with the subject Your first fulfillment is on us: $50 credited, and $50 is added to your Legiit Leads billing balance. It is applied to your next Legiit Leads invoice automatically.
• The box on the lead then reads Your $50 first-fulfillment credit was applied to your billing balance.

The credit is not a refund on the Legiit order and does not change what you paid the Legiit seller.

Good to know

• There is one claim per account, ever. Once you have claimed, the box on any other deal shows the status of that claim instead of the form, and a claim that was not approved cannot be sent again.
• If your claim was not approved, the box reads Your first-fulfillment credit claim wasn't approved. Questions: help@legiit.com. Email help@legiit.com with your order number if you have questions.
• Lifetime accounts paid once and have no future invoice for the credit to come off, so contact help@legiit.com about your claim.

If it does not work

• The Claim $50 button is greyed out. Type or paste at least 3 characters of the order number or link.
• Mark the Legiit order on a won lead first. The deal is no longer marked as ordered, for example because it was undone in another tab. Reopen the lead, click Mark Ordered on Legiit, then claim again.
• You've already claimed your first-fulfillment credit. Your account already has a claim, so a second one is refused. Reopen the lead to see the status of the first claim.
• There is no credit box on the lead. It only appears on a deal in Won after the deal is marked as ordered. See what Mark Ordered on Legiit does.
