Why does the delivery page show a dash, or say the report is no longer available?

Delivery and Proof · Updated September 23, 2026

A dash in the Before or Now (live) column means the audit could not confirm that check either way, so the page will not tell your client it is fixed or broken. This delivery report is no longer available. means the link no longer matches a lead in your account, for example because the search the lead came from was deleted.

Why a check shows a dash

  • The audit could not rule it out. The item was not found, but the site could be adding it with JavaScript, so the finding is unverified. The page shows a dash rather than a cross. When the item is found, the row shows a tick. Content freshness is the one exception: it also needs a recent copyright year, so see below. See what verified, likely and unverified mean.
  • The site could not be read at that moment. If the website did not answer, or showed a bot-protection page instead of its content, most rows in Now (live) show a dash. Secure connection (SSL) also shows a dash when the secure version of the site timed out.
  • Load speed never shows a dash in place of its tick or cross. When no time could be measured it shows a cross followed by - where the seconds would be.

A row with a dash in Before can turn into a tick later, but it never gets a FIXED badge and is not counted in the issues fixed, because there was no confirmed problem to fix.

Where each column comes from

Before is a snapshot of the lead's audit saved at whichever came first: the prospect accepting your proposal, the deal being marked ordered, or your first click on Copy Client Delivery Page. It is never taken again, so a dash in Before stays.

Now (live) is the latest check of the site. Opening the page re-checks the site if neither the page nor the lead's proof page has done so in the last 10 minutes, and Delivery Autopilot's checks update it too. If the re-check runs into an error, the page shows the last saved results instead of an error message. A dash caused by the site being down clears on a later check once the site answers again.

Why a row shows a cross

  • Secure connection (SSL) passes when the site loads over HTTPS.
  • Load speed passes when the homepage starts answering in under 3.5 seconds.
  • Content freshness passes only when the site has an active blog and any copyright year on it is less than 3 years old. That is why a row can read Blog active with a cross: the blog was found, but the copyright year is too old.
  • The other checks pass when the item is found on the site. Chat passes with a chat widget or an AI chatbot.

If the page says the report is no longer available

The link no longer matches any lead. That happens when the lead has been deleted, which happens when you delete the search it came from, even if the deal is in Won. It also happens when the link was cut short while being copied or pasted. The link does not expire on its own.

If the deal is still in your Pipeline, open it, click Copy Client Delivery Page again and send your client the new copy. A deleted lead cannot be restored, so its old link will not work again. See how deleting a search affects its leads.
