What do the Local / GMB Agency and Reputation Mgmt problem filters mean?

Local / GMB Agency filters

Each card is followed in brackets by the name it shows under in the Problems Detected column of your results.

• No Website (No website): flagged when the business's Google listing has no website. This card also appears under Web Design / Dev.
• Low Review Count (Few Google reviews): flagged when the business has fewer than 25 Google reviews, so 24 or fewer.
• Low Star Rating (Low star rating): flagged when the Google rating is below 4.0, so 3.9 or lower. A business rated exactly 4.0 is not flagged.
• Incomplete Business Profile (Incomplete GBP): flagged when the Google listing shows no opening hours, or has no website. The card also mentions photos and descriptions, but only opening hours and the website are checked.

Reputation Mgmt filters

Reputation Mgmt shows only the two review filters, Low Review Count and Low Star Rating, with exactly the same rules as above. Ticking one under either button ticks it under both.

What you see in the results

• The Rating column shows the Google rating and review count together, for example ★ 4.2 (37).
• A business with no rating on Google (no stars and no review count on its listing) is not flagged for either review filter, because there is no number to check. Its Rating column shows a dash.
• The rating and review count are read from Google when the search runs, and the review filters are judged on those numbers.

Good to know

If you also tick Only show leads with an email address found on their site, every business with no website is dropped, because there is no site to find an email on. Leave that box unticked when you are hunting No Website leads.
