Why does my imported list have no ratings, AI check or Market Report button?
An imported list only audits the websites in your file. It never looks the businesses up on Google and never asks an AI assistant about the market, so there is no rating, review count, address, Google Maps link, Google rank badge or AI check, and the Market Report button is hidden. Everything that comes from the website audit (problems, emails, the score, the lead drawer and Export CSV) works as normal.
What is missing and why
- Rating column: shows a dash. Star ratings and review counts come from Google, so Low star rating and Few Google reviews never appear on imported leads either.
- Address and Google Maps link: empty. In the lead drawer, the line under the business name reads
importedwhere a searched lead shows its Google category and address. - #N rank badge: comes from a check of Google's results for your search keywords, which does not run on an import. The drawer has no Google rank or map pack row for the same reason.
- AI Invisibility Check card and the AI ✓ and AI ✗ badges: these come from asking an AI assistant about your market, which an import never does.
- Market Report: a market report needs a live market search, so the button is not shown on an import.
How to tell an import on the results page
The title is your label (or Imported list) followed by in N imported rows. While the import runs, the line under it reads Auditing every website on your imported list live. Leads appear as they finish…, and when it finishes it reads, for example, 42 leads · source: your imported list + live website audits.
No Google lookup happened for your import: only the websites you supplied were audited, and rows with no website were not audited at all. To audit an old list again, import it again.
One button to leave alone on an imported list
- 🗺 Scan Their Map Rank in the lead drawer searches Google Maps for the search's keywords, which on an import is your label, and finds the business on the map by looking up its name alone. The grid would not reflect a real search, and a finished scan still uses one of your monthly heatmap scans.
