Why does my signup page say "This signup page is not accepting new accounts yet"?

Fix it

1. Open Settings in the sidebar and scroll to the SaaS Mode card.
2. Check the Get Paid card higher up the same page. It has to read ✓ STRIPE CONNECTED · payments enabled.
3. On the SaaS Mode card, fill in Plan name, Price $/mo and Tier, then click Add Plan.
4. Open your signup link again and reload. The plan now shows as a card, with a button reading Choose followed by the plan name.

A plan you take down with Retire stops counting immediately. If you retire your last live plan, the page goes back to "This signup page is not accepting new accounts yet." until you add another one.

The other messages a customer might report

• "This signup page is not available." The link they used does not match any signup page. Send them the current one from Copy Signup Link on the SaaS Mode card.
• "Plan not available." They chose a plan that was retired between the page loading and them clicking. Ask them to reload and pick again.
• "Enter a valid email." The box above the plans needs a real address. The buttons stay greyed out until it contains an @ at all, and the address is checked again when they click.
• "This signup page is not accepting orders yet." Your Stripe connection went away after their page loaded. Reconnect on the Get Paid card.
• "Payment not completed yet." or "Payment could not be confirmed." They came back from Stripe before the payment was confirmed. If the card really was charged, ask them to reload the page they landed on after paying, which runs the check again. As soon as it confirms, the page reads You're in ✓ and they get an email with a link to set their password.

Always hand out the link exactly as Copy Signup Link gives it to you. It ends in a token that identifies your page, so a shortened or retyped version will not match, and the visitor gets "This signup page is not available."
