Why does my audit link say "This audit page is not available"?

Put it right

1. Open Settings.
2. Scroll to the Your Branded Audit Link card.
3. Tick Turn on my audit page.
4. Click Copy and use that fresh copy from now on.
5. Click Preview to confirm the page loads.

If the box is already ticked and the page still refuses to load, the address itself is wrong. The link ends in a short code after your company name, and a link that was cut short when it was pasted, split across two lines in an email, or has a full stop stuck to the end will not match. Copy it again rather than retyping it.

While the page is off

The message is all a visitor gets: nothing on the page loads, and neither a website check nor the full report form will work, even if somebody had the page open before you switched it off.

Grade pages made from your audit link also change while it is off. They stay online, but they lose your agency: your name and logo come off the top, your accent colour goes from the button, Powered by Legiit Leads. comes back at the foot even if you have removed it, and the Grade Your Own Website Free button points at the free public grader instead of your page.
