Where do I find the training videos?

Steps

1. In the sidebar, click Training. On a phone, tap ☰ Menu at the top of the screen first, then Training (see Where is the navigation menu on my phone?).
2. Wait a moment. The page shows Loading… while it fetches the list.
3. Scroll through the cards. Where a video plays on the page, the player sits at the top of its card. Click it to play, and use the player's fullscreen button to watch it large.
4. If a card shows Watch the Video → under its title instead of a player, click it. The video opens in a new browser tab.

What you will see

The page is headed Training, with the line How to get the most out of Legiit Leads: from first search to closed deal. underneath. The small ? next to the heading opens this help article in a new tab. The Open The Help Center button on the Help Center card above the list opens the whole help centre.

Below that come the training items, newest first. Each item has a title, and can also have a written explanation under the title and a video. Some items are video only, some are text only, and some are both.

If the page says Training content is on its way. Check back soon.

Training content is on its way. Check back soon. means there is nothing to show right now, for 1 of 2 reasons:

• No training items have been published yet. Items are written by the Legiit Leads team, and an item only appears once the team has marked it live, so anything still being prepared stays hidden.
• The list could not be loaded, for example because your connection dropped. Reload the page. If the message stays, check back later.

There is nothing to fix on your side. The Help Center card at the top of the page still works in the meantime.

Why an item shows Watch the Video → instead of a player

Only 3 kinds of video link play on the page:

• YouTube links, in the standard youtube.com/watch?v= form or the short youtu.be form.
• Vimeo links from vimeo.com.
• Loom links from loom.com.

A video hosted anywhere else, or a YouTube link that does not carry the video ID (for example a channel or playlist link), cannot be embedded, so Legiit Leads shows it as Watch the Video →. Clicking it opens the video in a new tab on its own site. It is the same video; it just plays there instead of on the Training page.
