What does the Clients page show?
Clients in the sidebar lists every won deal you have promoted to a client, newest first. A strip at the top shows your active clients, your monthly retainers (the total of the retainers you set) and how many clients are on report autopilot. Click any row to open that client's page.
The strip at the top
The strip appears once you have at least 1 client.
- active clients: how many clients you have. Every client you have promoted is counted.
- monthly retainers: the total of the Monthly retainer amounts you entered in each client's Client Setup card, in your currency. It shows a dash until you set a retainer. It adds up the numbers you typed; it is not a record of payments received.
- on report autopilot: how many clients have the Report Autopilot box ticked.
Each client row
- Name: the business name, with a line under it giving the tracked search and location, then the date you promoted them, for example
plumber in Tampa, FL · client sincefollowed by the date. - Retainer: shown in green with
/moafter it, when you have set one. - Latest measurement: All checks green means the most recent measurement found no problems. Otherwise you see the number of open problems in red, such as
3 open problems. The Google star rating follows, for example· 4.6★. A client that has not been measured yet shows No measurement yet. - Report Autopilot: a purple badge, shown when the box is ticked for that client. Reports only reach the client when a client email is saved as well.
When the page is empty
You see No clients yet and an Open the Pipeline button. Open a deal in the Won stage and click Promote To Client to add your first client. See How do I turn a won deal into a client?
Good to know
- Promoting a deal needs Agency Pro or Agency Empire.
- The problems and rating on each row come from that client's most recent measurement. For fresh numbers, open the client and click Measure Now (once a day). See What does Measure Now check, and what is the Evidence Vault?
- To change a client's tracked search, email, retainer or Report Autopilot, open the client and use Client Setup. See How do I set a client's tracked search, email, retainer and Report Autopilot?
