Why is my partner commission $0 even though someone signed up through my link?

The referral is not on a paid plan right now

Nothing is earned from a referral who:

• has created an account but never picked a plan.
• has cancelled, or whose 7 day free trial ended without a payment.
• has a payment problem and is sitting past due, until their subscription is active again.
• has a legacy Lifetime account. That was a one-time purchase, so there is no monthly subscription payment for a commission to come out of.

As soon as a referral starts a paid plan, they count again. There is nothing to reclaim or reopen on your side.

The signup was never attributed to you

A click only turns into a referral when the code is still stored in that person's browser and the account passes every check. Attribution does not happen when:

• they had already clicked another partner's link in that browser. The first code a browser stores is the one that counts.
• the account was already more than 30 days old when they signed in.
• the account had already been attributed to another partner.
• they signed up in a different browser or device from the one that clicked your link.
• more than 90 days passed between the click and the sign in.
• the link was pasted without the ?via= part on the end, or the code was altered.
• the account is your own. Self-referrals do not count.

Why signups and paying do not match

The two figures count different groups. signups is your own referrals only. paying counts paying accounts from both tiers, so it includes accounts your referrals brought in. That is why a gap is normal, and why paying can even be the larger number once your second tier is paying.

current commission is a live figure, not a running total. It shows what your referrals are worth this month at this moment, so it rises and falls as they come and go. What you have already earned sits in the payout history below it.
